PPLT300 : Principles of Practice Litigation
This course gives students a complete understanding of the principles of civil procedure as exemplified in the
rules and regulations of the courts and related case law. Students will study the major procedural steps that are
taken if common law and commercial disputes become the subject of civil litigation.
